The Residence is designed while retaining the typical façade as per the Naya Nazimabad Society regulations. The design philosophy is to make the house feel grand and spacious. The continuous flow of spaces in the layout softens the boundaries between public and private spaces. Moreover, the skylight acts as a focal point of the residence, keeping the space well-lit and airy. As the interior space is configured in an open-plan layout, the functional arrangement is achieved by the furniture placement.
