The project is designed to keep a minimal approach with a slight touch of elements and textures of brutalism involved. The overall profile of the structure consists of two rectangular forms protruding from a basic plane; the vertical one is erected as a solid mass and the horizontal one is circumscribing the void of the mass. A monotonous approach is taken in terms of colors and their repetition with the difference in textures and shades; grey stone with plain white color. The final product is a very minimal residence with detailed elements designed to create balance with the bold and heavy form.
